Dual channel bearing vibration transducer is one of a series of MMS3000 transducer used to monitor the bearing vibration.

Transmitter input PR9266 for epro products /... , and PR9268 /... Series.

Applications include various types of turbine machinery, large and small steam turbine, fans, blowers, compressors, gear box, centrifuges, pumps, coal mill and others.

This system is suitable for power plants, oil refineries, chemical plants of large equipment, combined with field bus and PLC, the host computer and network are used together, also is suitable for the small turbine machinery independent monitoring points less.

Two independent motor speed sensor input, such as epro company PR9266 /... , and PR9268 /... ;

Maximum allowable input voltage: plus or minus 10 v;

Measuring range:

0 through toggle switch selection... 5/10/25/50/100 mm/s vibration velocity range, vibration velocity range depends on the input sensitivity mv / 30/28.5/22 mm/s;

Or select 0... 25/50/100/125/100/125 mu m amplitude range (0 - P), the sensitivity for mv / 30/28.5/22 mm/s.

Frequency range: 5/10... 1000 hz (DIN45670).

Linear error: < 0. 25%.

Temperature drift: zero: < 0.05% / K; Gain range: < 0.01% / K.

Drift: when the zero point: < 0.01% / 24 hours. Gain range: < 0.01% / 24 hours.

Measurement signal output:

Two way 0/4... 20 ma current output, per channel all the way, is proportional to the corresponding input. Or all the way with Max (Sxpp Sypp), output current is proportional to the Smax.

Allow the load: 500 Ω;

Terminal has a short circuit and open circuit protection, through the thread clamp connection cable.

The output voltage of the two way with buffer (2-10 v), each channel along the way, is proportional to the input dynamic signal, used for testing, can also be used to analysis and diagnosis of purpose;

An \"OK\" status output and two limit output.

Power supply: 18... 24... 31.2 V dc. Transmitter circuit through a DC/DC converter with power supply electrical isolation.

Current consumption: 100 ma / 24 v.
